General rules that apply to all play

These rules apply to every game you play with us, on desktop and on mobile. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and our bonus terms. Where a game carries its own rules, those rules apply to that game in addition to the rules on this page.

  • One account per player. You may hold one account with us only. Where duplicate accounts are found, they may be closed and any play on them settled in line with our Terms & Conditions.
  • You must be 18 or over. Accounts are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. We hold a gaming licence and we verify the identity and age of account holders before a withdrawal is paid.
  • Real money and bonus balance. Where you hold both, your balance is used in the order shown in the cashier. Bonus funds remain subject to the terms attached to the bonus until those terms are met.
  • Bets are final once placed. When a bet, spin or round is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, altered or taken back, including where it was placed in error or at the wrong stake.
  • You play for yourself. You may not place bets on behalf of another person, and you may not allow anyone else to use your account, your log-in details or your payment methods.

You can set a deposit limit, take a time-out or self-exclude at any time from the safer gambling section of your account. Free and confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and you can block yourself from all licensed online operators in Great Britain through the national self-exclusion scheme GamStop.

How bets and spins are settled

A round is settled by the game server, not by the screen in front of you. The server records the stake, the outcome and the amount paid, and that record decides the result of the round.

  1. Your stake leaves your balance when the round starts and is recorded in your account history.
  2. The outcome is produced by the game's random number generator and stored on the game server.
  3. Any win is paid according to the paytable and the rules built into that game.
  4. The settled round appears in your account history, which you can look over at any time.

Each game carries its own rules, paytable and return-to-player figure, shown in the game's help or information screen. The return-to-player figure is a long-term theoretical average measured across a very large number of rounds. It does not predict the outcome of a single round, a single session or any particular period of play.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

Games are supplied to us by third-party providers and, like any software, they can fail. Where that happens, the position is as follows.

  • A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, a feature or the server behind it does not work as designed, the affected round is void, stakes are returned where they were taken, and any amount credited in error may be removed from your balance.
  • Disconnections do not end a round. If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the round is held on the server. It is completed and settled there, or it resumes from the same point when you next open the game.
  • Incomplete rounds are settled or returned. Where a round cannot be completed at all, the stake is returned to the balance it was taken from.
  • Display errors are not wins. An amount shown on screen that does not match the paytable or the server record is a display error and is corrected.

Playing with bonus funds

Play funded by a bonus follows the terms attached to that bonus as well as the rules on this page. Those terms are shown to you before you accept the offer and are repeated in the promotions section of your account.

  1. A maximum stake per round applies while a wagering requirement is open. Rounds placed above it may be void and any resulting balance removed.
  2. Games contribute to a wagering requirement at different rates, and some games do not contribute at all. The contribution rates are set out in the bonus terms.
  3. Any cap on winnings from bonus funds is applied when the wagering requirement is completed.
  4. Features bought inside a game, where offered, may be excluded while a bonus is active.

If you would rather not play under bonus conditions, you can decline an offer, or cancel an active bonus from your account before you continue playing. Cancelling a bonus removes the bonus funds and any winnings made from them.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio and are recorded. Each table has its own help screen setting out the rules of that game, the side bets offered and the table limits.

  • The dealer's call stands. Decisions announced by the dealer on the running of the game, including an irregular deal or spin, are final.
  • Late bets are not accepted. A bet placed after betting is closed is not taken. If it is taken in error, it is void and the stake is returned.
  • Table limits apply per seat and per round and are shown at the table and in the limits shown in your account.
  • Game-specific rules apply, including how a tie, an insurance bet or a dropped card is handled. These are set out in each table's help screen.
  • Chat is moderated. Please keep the table chat civil; access may be withdrawn where it is not.

Questions and disputes about a round

If you believe a round has been settled incorrectly, please raise it with us as soon as you can, while the record is easy to trace. Write to support@casinospicyjackpots.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.

  1. The name of the game or the live table.
  2. The date and time of the round, including your time zone.
  3. The round or transaction reference shown in your account history.
  4. A short description of what you expected and what happened instead.
  5. A screenshot, if you have one.

We will check the server record of the round with the game provider and come back to you with the outcome. Where a matter cannot be settled between us, you may take it to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in our complaints procedure. Until the matter is closed, the server record of the round stands.
