Games to try

Acceptance of these terms and changes we make
By opening an account with us, placing a stake or accepting an offer, you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to, including our privacy policy and the rules of each promotion. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the games we offer, in our payment processes, or in the rules we are required to follow. The version published on this page is always the one that applies.
Where a change is significant, we will tell you before it takes effect, usually by e-mail or by a notice in your account. If you do not wish to continue under the updated terms, you may withdraw your remaining balance, subject to the checks described below, and ask us to close your account.
Eligibility and your account
Age and residence
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account or to take part in any game or offer. Gambling by anyone under 18 is an offence. We will close any account opened by a person under that age, return deposits and withhold any winnings.
Accounts on this site are intended for residents of the United Kingdom. You are responsible for making sure that using the site is lawful where you are.
One account per person
You may hold one account only. Duplicate accounts, and accounts opened in someone else's name, may be closed, and any bonus funds or winnings linked to them may be removed.
Accurate details and keeping your login safe
- Register in your own name and give details that are complete, current and correct.
- Tell us promptly if your name, address, e-mail or telephone details change.
- Keep your username, password and any security codes to yourself.
- Use payment methods held in your own name.
- Contact us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
Activity carried out through your login is treated as your own, unless you have told us that your account has been compromised.
Verification checks on your account
We hold a gaming licence and are required to confirm who our customers are. Because of that, we carry out checks on every account. We check your identity, your age and your address before your first withdrawal, and we may do so sooner, including before you are able to deposit or play.
| What we check | Why we check it | When it usually happens |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | To confirm you are the person named on the account | At sign-up, or before your first withdrawal |
| Age | To confirm you are 18 or over | At sign-up, and again where we need to |
| Address | To confirm where you live | Before your first withdrawal |
| Source of funds | To meet our anti-money-laundering duties | Where the level or pattern of your deposits makes it necessary |
We may ask you for documents to support these checks, and we may pass the information to specialist providers who carry out checks on our behalf. While a check is open, we may hold a withdrawal, restrict play or suspend the account. If documents are not supplied within a reasonable time, we may keep the account closed and return deposits to their source, less any amount we are required to retain.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Paying in
You can deposit using the methods shown in the cashier. Minimum and maximum amounts, processing times and any charges applied by your own provider are set out there. We do not offer credit, so you can only play with funds already in your account.
Taking money out
- Request a withdrawal in the cashier.
- We return funds to the method you used to deposit where that is possible, and to another method in your own name where it is not.
- Any open checks are completed before the payment is released.
- Once we have sent the payment, the time it takes to reach you depends on your provider.
Withdrawal limits are the limits shown in your account. We may ask you to finish play on a current offer, or to clear a pending bonus, before a payment is made.
Bonuses and offers
Each offer has its own terms, and those terms apply alongside this page. They tell you how to opt in, what wagering applies, the maximum stake allowed while a bonus is in play, which games count towards wagering, and when the offer expires.
Bonus funds that have expired, or that remain when an offer is cancelled, are removed. We may also withdraw an offer, or remove bonus funds and anything won from them, where an account is used in a way designed to take unfair advantage of promotions - for example linked accounts, stakes placed to cover both outcomes of a game, or play that breaks the stated maximum stake.
Safer gambling, and closing or suspending an account
Tools in your account
Gambling should stay enjoyable and affordable. You can set deposit, loss and session limits in your account, take a short time-out, or self-exclude for a longer period. A lower limit applies straight away; an increase takes effect only after a cooling-off period.
Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop lets you exclude yourself from online gambling sites that take part in the scheme through a single request.
Closing or suspending an account
- You can ask us to close your account at any time, through live chat or by writing to support@casinospicyjackpots.co.uk.
- We may suspend an account while a check or an investigation is open.
- We may close an account that has been inactive for a long period, after telling you and returning any balance.
- We may close an account that breaches these terms, and we may withhold amounts that resulted from the breach.
Any balance that is properly yours is returned to you when an account closes, once outstanding checks are complete.
Complaints, liability and governing law
If something goes wrong
Please come to us first, through live chat or by writing to support@casinospicyjackpots.co.uk. Tell us your username, what happened and when, and attach anything that helps, such as a screenshot. We acknowledge complaints promptly and reply within a reasonable time, keeping you updated where a matter takes longer to look into.
If you are not satisfied with our final answer, you can take the matter to an independent dispute resolution service at no cost to you. We will give you its details when we send our final response.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep the site and the games working properly, but we cannot promise that access will never be interrupted. Where a game, a display or a balance is affected by an obvious error, a fault or a lost connection, the outcome recorded on our systems applies and affected stakes are returned.
We are responsible for loss you suffer where we break this agreement or fail to use reasonable care, and that loss is a foreseeable result of what we did. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by your own device or connection. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
