Bonus Terms and Conditions

How these bonus terms apply
Every bonus, free spin round, cashback offer and promotional tournament we run is governed by this page, by the specific terms published with the offer itself, and by our general Terms and Conditions. Where the terms of an individual offer differ from this page, the terms of that offer apply to it.
By claiming a bonus you confirm that you accept these terms. If you would rather not accept them, simply do not opt in; you can continue to play with your own funds in the normal way, with no conditions attached to your balance.
- You must be 18 or over and hold an account registered in your own name.
- One offer may be claimed once per person, account, household, device and IP address, unless the promotion states otherwise.
- Offers are personal to you. They cannot be transferred, sold, pooled or shared with another player.
- We may make an offer available only to selected players, selected games or a set period, as shown in the promotion.
- A bonus has no cash value until the conditions attached to it have been met in full.
Claiming a bonus
Most offers must be selected before you deposit or before you play. Some are credited automatically once you meet the conditions shown in the promotion, and some require a promotional code. The promotion itself always says which method applies.
Steps to follow
- Go through the offer terms shown with the promotion, including the minimum deposit, the time limit and the games it covers.
- Select the offer in the cashier, or enter the promotional code exactly as published, before you confirm your deposit.
- Make a qualifying deposit using a payment method held in your own name. Some payment methods do not qualify for promotions; the cashier shows which.
- Check your balance to confirm the bonus or free spins have been credited before you begin playing.
If a bonus has not appeared and you believe it should have, contact us before you start playing. Once play has begun we may not be able to add an offer to a deposit that has already been processed.
Wagering requirements and how they are met
A wagering requirement is the total amount that must be staked before bonus funds, and winnings produced by them, can be converted into withdrawable cash. It is written as a multiple, so a requirement of 30x on a bonus of £20 means £600 must be staked in qualifying games. The multiple that applies, and whether it is calculated on the bonus alone or on the bonus plus the qualifying deposit, is set out in each offer and tracked in your account.
Game contribution
Games contribute to wagering at different rates, because they differ in house edge and volatility. The contribution for each offer is published with that offer; the table below shows the pattern our promotions usually follow.
| Game type | Typical contribution | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | Full contribution | Individual titles may be excluded or count at a reduced rate; exclusions are listed with the offer. |
| Roulette and other table games | Reduced or nil | Low-risk, hedged or near-even-money staking may not count at all. |
| Blackjack and video poker | Reduced or nil | Strategy-based games normally count at the lowest rate. |
| Live dealer games | Reduced or nil | The rate that applies is shown in the terms of each promotion. |
Time limits and order of play
- Each bonus has an expiry period shown in your account. Anything still unwagered when it expires is removed, together with winnings derived from it.
- Free spin winnings are normally credited as bonus funds and carry the wagering requirement of the offer they came from.
- Where you hold both cash and bonus funds, stakes are taken in the order set out in the offer terms, and your account shows which balance is in play.
- You may hold only one active bonus at a time unless an offer says otherwise. A new bonus waits in your account until the current one is completed or cancelled.
Stake caps, excluded play and withdrawals
While a wagering requirement is outstanding, the following conditions apply to the way you play. They exist so that a promotion works in the same way for everyone who takes it up.
- Maximum stake. A cap applies to each spin, hand or round placed while bonus funds are in play. The cap is shown in the offer terms and in the cashier.
- Maximum conversion. Winnings from a bonus or from free spins may be capped at a multiple of the bonus or qualifying deposit, with anything above the cap removed when wagering completes.
- Feature purchases. Buying a bonus feature inside a game, where the game offers that option, is normally not permitted while wagering is outstanding.
- Low-risk staking. Covering most or all outcomes of a single round, or placing equal and opposite stakes, does not count towards wagering and may end the offer.
- Automated play. Software, scripts or devices that place stakes on your behalf are not permitted at any time.
You may cancel an active bonus at any time from your account. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and any winnings produced by them, and leaves your own cash balance available to withdraw. Where a bonus was credited on deposit, cancelling may also return the qualifying deposit to a withdrawable state, as described in the offer.
Fair use, account checks and changes to offers
Promotions are intended for players who use them in the ordinary course of play. We may withhold or remove a bonus, cancel winnings derived from it and close or restrict an account where we identify misuse. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the following.
- Opening or using more than one account, or acting together with other players to claim an offer repeatedly.
- Giving false, incomplete or out-of-date registration or identity details.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing and withdrawing without genuine play in order to collect offers.
- Playing in a way designed to remove risk rather than to play the game as intended.
We hold a gaming licence and verify the accounts we hold. Identity, age, address and payment checks may be carried out at any time, including before a withdrawal is paid, and a payment may be held until those checks are complete. Where a bonus matter is disputed, our records of stakes, balances and offer settings are used to settle it, and you can ask us to look into the outcome through our complaints process.
We may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time, and we may correct an obvious error in the way an offer was described or credited. Changes do not affect a bonus you have already claimed and are actively wagering, except where a change is required for legal or regulatory reasons.
Safer gambling and how to contact us
Our promotions are for players aged 18 and over. A bonus should never be a reason to deposit more than you had planned. You can set deposit, loss, stake and session limits in your account at any time, take a short time-out, or self-exclude from the site for a longer period. Where you have asked us to stop sending you promotional messages, or have taken a break, we will not market offers to you.
Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline. GamStop allows you to exclude yourself from all online gambling sites licensed in Great Britain with a single registration.
If anything on this page is unclear, or you want us to look at how a bonus has been applied to your account, contact our team by e-mail at support@casinospicyjackpots.co.uk or through the live chat on this site. Please include your username and the name of the offer so that we can check the details on your account.
